गोपनीयता नीति (Privacy Policy)

This policy explains what Votepoll collects on parchi.votepoll.live and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Parchi sets: the voter details of parchis you generate as a member, saved to your dashboard.
• Payments: order and payment IDs, amount and token count. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
• Payment slips: photos you upload when requesting tokens from an agent.
• Technical data: IP address, used for rate limits and abuse prevention.

Voter-list PDFs

PDFs you upload are read in your browser. A PDF you give as a link is downloaded by our server only to pass it on to your browser. We do not run a public search across voters.

How we use it

• To run your account, credit tokens and show your history.
• To process and verify payments and refunds.
• To prevent fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with Razorpay for payments, or when required by law.

Cookies and storage

We use a login cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember page settings. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and payment records as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected].
