रिफंड व कैंसिलेशन नीति (Refund & Cancellation Policy)

Parchi tokens are digital and are credited instantly, so purchases are generally final. We refund in the cases below.

Automatic token refund

If a PDF gives no voters, the token used for it is returned to your account automatically. You can see this in your dashboard history.

Money refunds

• You were charged but the tokens (or the paid PDF download) were not delivered.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Unused tokens, if you request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Used tokens and completed downloads are not refundable.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your registered mobile number and the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled before payment is completed by closing the checkout. Once tokens are credited, the order cannot be cancelled, but unused tokens may be refunded as above.
