These terms govern your use of parchi.votepoll.live ("the Service"), operated by Votepoll. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service reads voter-list PDFs that you upload or link to and prints voter slips from them. The first parchis of a PDF are free; full sets need a member account and parchi tokens.

2. Accounts

• You register with your mobile number and a password, and keep the password safe.
• New accounts can be used once activated by the admin. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

3. Tokens and payments

• One token generates the full parchi set of one PDF. The token price is shown before you pay.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Tokens are credited to your account once the payment is confirmed. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred except through the Service.
• Refunds follow our refund & cancellation policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes, such as helping voters find their details on polling day.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use, try to break the rate limits, or attack the Service.
• You are responsible for following election laws and the model code of conduct when distributing slips.

5. Accuracy

Slips are made automatically from the PDF you provide and may contain reading errors. Check important details against the official voter list. See the disclaimer.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
